A keyless entry system delivers added security and convenience. Keep the transponder fob about your person or luggage and the motorcycle can be unlocked and started when you are within 1.5 metres. The bike can be stopped and locked without removing the transponder. Without the transponder, the motorcycles’ steering lock cannot be removed, nor can it be started.
Traditional keys have been replaced by transponder fob and electric switches. The fuel filler cover, seat lock and steering lock are all controlled electrically. Buttons are distributed on the left and the right handlebars, which facilitates rider control but a single press.
The latest generation Zontes steering lock has a more compact mechanism, better shock resistance, automotive grade materials, secure lock algorithms and a faster action. Combined this makes the steering lock safer and more reliable.
Cast and CNC machined in house, the all-aluminium cylinder operates without a liner, which facilitates larger waterways to channel heat away more efficiently. Improved heat dissipation enhances both performance and engine durability.
Pressed from galvanised steel, tank rust is a thing of the past.
The dual-channel Bosch ABS system allows the rider to calmly control the motorcycle in any unexpected situation. The ABS system brings confidence under heavy braking, especially in adverse weather and on unstable road surfaces.

The shell is made of high temperature flame retardant material, built-in high-precision hardware current limiting chip, which ensures that each ports works within a safe current range, effectively preventing the occurrence of output overcurrent, input over voltage, output short circuit, etc., greatly improving efficiency and safety.

Running a high compression ratio of 12.5:1, the engine delivers 10.8kW @9000rpm. This puts the engine output and bike performance just within the limits of L Plate use in the UK. Often seen in larger capacity, high performance models, Zontes introduce a slipper clutch to their latest 125cc models. The movement feels lighter in the hand and if a gear change is mis-timed so as engine and road speed differ hugely, the slipper clutch softens the blow. Unintentional wheel lock ups are avoided, mechanical shock lessened, and rider comfort and safety enhanced.
