On the road charges (OTR) are added to all new motorcycles to cover costs of preparing the vehicle for sale and are added to the bike price. This can include charges such as the first registration fee and up-to the first year of tax, as well as additional costs such as pre delivery inspection number plates and delivery charges to us. Each brand will have different OTR charges.
