Warranty
All KAYO products come with a limited liability manufacturer’s warranty. The terms vary
depending on the product, usage and servicing records. The warranty starts from the
date of the original retail purchase. The Warranty is conditional on the correct servicing
being carried out and logged with KAYO. The warranty is not transferable to a new
owner.

Warranty periods and conditions:
• Pit bikes – 30 days parts warranty.
• KT50 – 6 months parts warranty (chassis only – 2-stroke engine NOT covered).
• ATV – 12 months parts warranty.
• Enduro bikes – 12 months parts warranty.

Exclusions
The following is not covered: crash damage, incorrect fuel, incorrect lubricants,
unsuitable carburettor jetting, abuse, consumables, racing, unauthorised upgrades and
modifications. This list is not exhaustive. Please contact your local stockist or email us
for advice or clarification.

Owners responsibility
The owner is required, to qualify for this warranty, to operate and maintain his/her ATV
or motorcycle according to the guidelines specified in the owner’s manual & PDI sheet
(including service schedules). The vehicle must be returned to an authorised KAYO
dealer should any warranty issue arise along with proof of purchase and Proof of PDI by
a qualified motorcycle Technician.

Limited liability

Stomp Distribution Ltd, offers no other warranty of any kind, whether it be expressed or
implied. The consumer assumes all risks when on, near, or around KAYO ATV &
motorcycles. Also excluded from this warranty is any incidental or consequential
damage, including loss of use. You agree to this warranty when you make a purchase of
a KAYO ATV or motorcycle from any KAYO authorised dealer.
