Royal Enfield Motorcycles are manufactured by following best quality practices in respect of the material and workmanship. Royal Enfield (RE) warrants its motorcycle to be free from manufacturing and material defect under normal use subject to following conditions.
1. Warranty shall be in force until the expiry of a period of 36 months from the first date of sale to the first customer and to any subsequent owners for the balance of the remaining period, until expiry of 36 months from the date of first sale/registration of the motorcycle.
2. In order to avail warranty benefits by second or subsequent owner the second/subsequent owner should inform the nearest Royal Enfield Service Centre about the purchase of the bike and shall fill in the requisite details in the form as requested by Royal Enfield.
3. The warranty shall be applicable only if all the services are availed in the respective period/kilometre ranges as per the schedule in the owner's manual from Royal Enfield Authorised Dealer/Service Centre.
4. During the warranty period, Royal Enfield's obligations shall be limited to repairing/replacing part(s) of the motorcycle for free only if the part(s), on examination is deemed to have a manufacturing defect. Defective part(s) which have been replaced will become the sole property of Royal Enfield.
5. Consumables like oil, oil filter, fuel etc. used during warranty repair/replacement are not covered and chargeable to the customer.
6. Claims on proprietary items like tyres, spark plug, battery etc., should be taken up with the respective manufacturer or their authorised agents in the area directly by the customer. RE shall not be liable in any manner to replace them through their dealers. Royal Enfield will, however, provide assistance in referring such claims on the respective manufacturer.
Warranty shall not apply to:
(a) Normal ageing, deterioration or rusting of plated parts, paints coat, rubber parts, soft items, glass items, plastic parts etc.
(b) Components like oil filter, air filter paper element, control cables, brake pads, clutch plates, drive chain & sprocket kit, steering ball races, electrical equipment, wiring harness etc., which are subjected to normal wear and tear.
(c) Failures occurred due to use of non recommended grade lubricants, fuel or improper level.
(d) Damages due to use of non-genuine parts, lack of proper maintenance, incorrect riding habits.
(e) Damages to engine management system parts (like ECU, throttle body, sensors, etc.) due to tampering which affects the performance of the motorcycle.
(f) Parts damaged due to accidents, collision, abuse etc.
(g) Irregularities not recognised as affecting the quality or function of the motorcycle such as slight vibration, oil leakage, discoloration of exhaust pipe bend and cat region/silencer/soft or hard shock absorber etc.
(h) Warranty is not applicable for discoloration of exhaust pipe & silencer, as it is a natural process that will happen during usage.
(i) Defects arising from fitment of unauthorised or additional electrical loads.
(j) Motorcycle serviced or repaired at unauthorised service centres.
(k) Motorcycle used for competitions/racing/stage rallying etc.
(I) Electrical component like bulbs, fuses etc., and electronic components failure including ECU due to repairs by arc welding.
(m) Motorcycle found with tampering/drilling/welding mark on any part of the frame.
(n) Normal maintenance operations like adjustment of brakes, cleaning fuel system, engine tune-up and other such adjustments.
(o) Oxidization of buffed/painted/powder coated items etc.
(p) Any damage resulting due to natural disaster i.e earthquake, fire and flood etc.
8. Use only Royal Enfield approved parts and accessories. Use of certain other manufacturer's performance parts will avoid your new motorcycle warranty.
9. RE reserves the right to finally decide on all warranty claims.
10. RE reserves the right to make changes in design of the motorcycle without any obligation to install these changes on previously supplied motorcycles.

All Motogb Vehicles registered on or after 5th January 2021 will benefit from a TWO YEAR/30,000km Manufacture warranty on all 0-120cc vehicles and 60,000km warranty on all vehicles over 120cc if in possession of a full service history and that the enclosed scheduled maintenance is carried out by an authorised Motogb dealer or a non Motogb dealer specifically authorised by Motogb Ltd.
The maintenance schedule listed in the user manual should be disregarded (this is a world wide schedule) and the enclosed superseded enclosed schedule followed instead, for the entire term of the warranty. All maintenance work must use only Manufacturer genuine parts. The vehicle must not exceed 30,000km (0-120cc) or 60,000km (>120cc). Normal wear and tear plus parts required for servicing is excluded.
It is the end users responsibility to ensure that the servicing /maintenance schedule is complied with – it may be a matter of importance to book your machine into your dealer for service well in advance in order to guarantee an appropriate ‘slot’ for the work to be completed.
The Dealer has a responsibility to record work done to your machine via there Motogb Dealer Hub online service portal you may view this directly online https://mymoto.motogb.co.uk Your dealer should issue a completed Pre-Delivery Inspection sheet at the time of handing your machine over. Your servicing dealer can also issue you with a copy of the work recorded on the Motogb Dealer Hub Service Portal – for all your service/warranty history.
The servicing schedule for your machines is first service at 500km 300 miles or 6 months and then every 3000 miles or 6 months whichever comes first.
DEALER RESPONSIBILITY
In order to benefit from your second or extended warranty the supplying dealer must:
1.1: Register the bike for warranty on the dealer portal system mymoto.motogb.co.uk.
1.2: Use genuine manufacture parts for maintaining the vehicle.
1.3: Enter the service details carried out, along with observations of the vehicle on the Motogb dealer hub portal.
Failure to adhere to these conditions may make the servicing dealer responsible for any subsequent warranty claims for the remaining period of the warranty term.
2. Servicing, in order to make a warranty claim, the vehicle must be maintained according to the prescribed maintenance intervals and only genuine manufacture parts may be used. The owner is expected to ensure the execution of the necessary work, and is responsible for the cost of the work and the parts being replaced during periodic maintenance. It is also the owners responsibility to ensure routine maintenance is carried out in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Failure to service the vehicle at the specified intervals will invalidate the warranty.
3. NON WARRANTY – excluded items (except manufacturing error)
Spark Plug, Fuel Strainers, Oil Filters, Drive Chains, Air Cleaner Elements, Brake Pads/Shoes, Clutch Disc/Centrifugal Clutch, Light Bulbs/LED’s, Fuses, Gaskets, Tyres, Grommets, Rubber Hoses, Rubber Cushions, Step Rubber and Drive Belts, Breakdown Recovery, Accidental or Negligent Damage, Oil, Petrol. Corrosion and or cosmetic deterioration of all components also excluded.
SIX MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY ITEMS
Side Stand, Main Stand, Seat, Wheel Rim (Distortion), Painted Parts, Stickers and Emblems
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ITEMS
Exhaust System Structural failure only (Paint/Rust NOT Included), Oil Seals.
ALL OTHER COMPONENTS AND ASSEMBLIES are covered for the full duration against faulty materials or workmanship, this does not include cosmetic deterioration, normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, accidental damage. If a part or assembly has exceeded its normal lifespan and has simply ‘worn out’ then this is deemed a part requiring replacement during normal servicing.
4. The warranty is limited to the free replacement or repair of any defective part. This replacement or repair under warranty can only be done with the express permission of Motogb.
5. The liability of the manufacturer or importer is limited solely to the warranty as defined in article 3 The buyer can in no way claim or apply for compensation for material or physical damage, consumables or loss of income, transport or accommodation, or vehicle recovery.
6. The warranty is void if:
a) The product was not used or maintained according to prescribed maintenance intervals specified in the instructions for the related vehicle.
b) The product was repaired or serviced outside the authorised dealer network, or using non-original parts.
c) Other fuels, lubricants or cleaning products were used than those which were recommended by the manufacturer.
d) The product has been rented out or used for commercial purposes.
e) A conversion or modification was carried out on the product or if the vehicle has been involved in an accident.
f) The product was used for sporting events on closed circuit, off-road, free style, or for purposes for which it was not designed.
g) Any alterations to the specification of your machine.
h) de-restricting the machine will limit the machine to a 2 year warranty.
7. Normal wear and damage caused by the use of the vehicle and not due to a material or manufacturing fault, are not covered by the warranty: replacement of tyres and tubes, lighting, spark plugs, contact points, fuses, rubber parts, brake and clutch linings, brake cables, clutch cables, speedometer cables, oil seals, brake discs or drums, belts, filters, chains, sprockets, wheel spokes, fluids such as engine oil, coolant, are expressly excluded from warranty coverage. Corrosion or deterioration of all components is also excluded.
8. On plastic parts and fairings they will be guaranteed only if their workmanship or manufacturing defects are detected prior to handover of the new vehicle to the customer.
9. Warranty on batteries is limited to 6 months.
10. Motogb reserves the right to make the final decision on any Warranty Claim.

CF Moto Motorcycles are manufactured by following best quality practices in respect of the material and workmanship. CF Moto warrants its motorcycle to be free from manufacturing and material defect under normal use subject to following conditions.
1. Warranty shall be in force until the expiry of a period of up to 48 months from the first date of sale to the first customer until expiry of up to 48 months from the date of first sale/registration of the motorcycle.
2. The warranty shall be applicable only if all the services are availed in the respective period/kilometre ranges as per the schedule in the owner's manual from CF Moto Authorised Dealer/Service Centre.
3. During the warranty period, CF Moto's obligations shall be limited to repairing/replacing part(s) of the motorcycle for free only if the part(s), on examination is deemed to have a manufacturing defect. Defective part(s) which have been replaced will become the sole property of CF Moto.
4. Consumables like oil, oil filter, fuel etc. used during warranty repair/replacement are not covered and chargeable to the customer.

3. During the warranty period, WK's obligations shall be limited to repairing/replacing part(s) of the motorcycle for free only if the part(s), on examination is deemed to have a manufacturing defect. Defective part(s) which have been replaced will become the sole property of WK.

Your bike will be covered under the following warranties.
Standard models: Two-year parts and one year labour. The two-year warranty is limited to 30,000km.
You will receive a warranty & Servicing booklet with your bike which will need to bring with you to keep up to date with servicing and use for evidence with regards to warranty.
Warranty Restrictions:
1. Mistreating or neglect of your Herald Bike. Ensure you maintain your bike and have it serviced at, or as close as possible, the intervals stated in this booklet.
2. Any failure as a direct result of unauthorised modification to the bike.
3. Racing your Herald bike competitively and use on private track days.
4. Damage from improper storage
5. Damage that is sustained from the passing of time (natural ageing of the bike i.e fading of paint)
6. Damage sustained during transport, other thank in a delivery to you by your Herald Motor Company dealer.
7. Damage resulting from work carried out by unqualified or inappropriate trade persons.
8. Damage resulting from the use of fuel or other parts, which are not the specifications of the bike.
9. Defacing or altering the frame number stamped into the metal frame of your Herald Bike.
10. Using your Herald bike for anything over than specified by Herald Motor Co. or the manufacturer.
11. If you recognise a problem with your Herald bike and do not take it to your supplying Herald Motor Co. dealer within a reasonable time (28 days). Any further damage caused by such a delay may not be covered by the warranty. Should you experience a problem which affects the operation of the vehicle, contact your supplying Herland Motor Co. dealer for advice and stop using the vehicle immediately. If the problem does not affect the operation then take the vehicle to your supplying Herald Motor Co. dealer as soon as possible.
12. Your Herald warranty does not cover the following items:

Bluroc & Neco are distributed by Mooof and HDM Trading. Their conditions are detailed below:
1. Definitions in these warranty conditions:
• Bluroc / Neco: Mooof Benelux
• Dealer: An official Mooof concessionaire
• Customer : Any natural or legal person who purchases a product from the dealer or legal successor of that natural or legal person.
• Product : The vehicle as further described in ( the copy of the attached warranty registration card.
• Delivery : The delivery by the dealer to the customer . Delivery of the product in a new and unused at that time.
• Producer / Manufacturer: the producer / manufacturer of Bluroc or Neco scooters and motorbikes .
2. Warranty:
Mooof guarantees that if the product exhibits material and / or construction defects for 2 years after delivery , Mooof will repair these errors ( or have them repaired ) provided the customer has always and comprehensively fulfilled all obligations and regulations as described below and insofar as the guarantee is not hereafter limited or excluded . The guarantee states that parts that, in the reasonable opinion of Mooof , exhibit material and / or construction de fects are replaced or repaired free of charge at the discretion of Mooof.
3. The warranty period stated in Article 2 will not be extended after repair and / or replacement under the guarantee.
4. The customer must report material and / or construction errors to the dealer within a reasonable period after discovering the error.
5. Repair and / or replacement work under the warranty may only be carried out by the dealer or Mooof and only by using original Mooof parts, under penalty of expiration of the warranty . If the repair or replacement is carried out before Mooof has confirmed in writing that repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the customer will be responsible for the costs the costs associated with the repair or replacement by the dealer .
6. Excluded from warranty:
- tires, spark plugs, light bulbs , batteries , friction materials , chains , coolant , lubricants
- defects that are not material and / or construction faults , such as defects as a result of normal wear and tear , internal and external contamination , rust and paint damage , transport , freezing , overheating , overloading and / or dropping of the product.
7. No guarantee is available if:
- the completely filled - in warranty registration card is not returned by the buyer to Mooof within 10 days after delivery
- if the product has been repaired , modified , adjusted and / or taken in maintenance by someone other than the dealer or Mooof the product does not consist of original Mooof parts or parts that are explicitly known by Mooof
- the customer upon discovering the material and / or construction fault has not done everything reasonably possible to limit the damage
- other fuels and lubricants than those specified in the instruction manual have been used
- the product is not in accordance with the regulations as described in the instruction booklet , or otherwise carelessly used. the maintenance of the product is not carried out in time , as described in the instruction booklet , by the dealer . With the aid of the attached service card , which has to be stamped by the dealer each time , timely maintenance must be demonstrated .
- The product has been used for competition purposes, competitions , performance rides or rental
- The product has been developed for competition use.
- In the request for repair or replacement under the warranty incorrect and / or incomplete information has been provided.
8. If Mooof has repaired material and / or construction defects in accordance with these warranty conditions , Mooof will be fully discharged in respect of its warranty obligations and Mooof or the manufacturer will not be obliged to pay any further ( damage ) compensation , unless the customer proves that damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Mooof , the manufacturer or their managerial staff , or the customer proves that liability arises from Title 3 Section 3 Book 6 of the Belgian Civil Code . Nor can the customer demand dissolution of the purchase agreement based on material and / or construction defects found , unless the buyer cannot reasonably be expected to maintain the purchase agreement .
Maintenance schedule : Mooof will provide you with a maintenance schedule in this warranty certificate for the proper functioning of the vehicle . These periodic maintenance visits must be carried out and signed off by an official Mooof dealer .
1. Dealer must use the delivery data in order to start up the warranty of the vehicle . He also must give his customer all necessary info regarding use and maintenance of the unit .
2. Periodic maintenance must be carried out in time as required. With higher mileages the maintenance per mileage must be carried out .

As an official dealer of each brand, we are not responsible for the validity of a claim due to servicing history or maintanence of the vehicle. Each brand will collate evidence that we supply and only then will the authorise or decline the claim. We are unable to override any claim for any reason and the brands decision is final.
