Royal Enfield One Ride 2026 -50+ Riders, Devon Roads & One Brilliant Day

What a day!

On Sunday 20th September 2026, CMS Motorcycles Exeter joined Royal Enfield riders around the world for Royal Enfield One Ride 2026  and what a fantastic turnout we had here in Devon.

More than 50 riders joined us for the day, bringing together a brilliant mix of bikes, familiar faces, new faces and plenty of people simply looking forward to getting out on the road together.

And Devon certainly gave us the weather for it!

It All Started at CMS Exeter

Everyone began arriving at CMS Motorcycles Exeter from 9:30am, ready for the ride ahead.

There was time for a chat, a look around the bikes and a catch-up before everyone got themselves ready. With more and more motorcycles arriving, it soon became clear we were going to have a really good turnout.

We eventually rolled out just after 10am and began our journey through the Devon countryside.

A Route Planned by Dale

The ride was organised by Chris and Dale, with Dale planning the route for the day.

Rather than simply heading straight from one destination to another, the route was all about enjoying the ride itself. We travelled through some beautiful Devon countryside, taking in a mixture of roads and scenery along the way.

Judging by the comments afterwards, Dale did a pretty good job too! We had lots of compliments about the route, which was great to hear after all the work that went into planning it.

Keeping 50+ Riders Together...

Of course, trying to keep more than 50 motorcycles together on Devon roads was never going to go completely without a hitch!

There were a couple of moments when a few riders became separated from the main group, which may have caused Dale's stress levels to rise just a little...

But everyone was soon accounted for and back on track.

That's all part of organising a ride of this size, and the important thing was that everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

CMS Marshal on Duty

For the occasion, we had a special high-visibility marshal jacket printed for Dale, complete with the CMS Motorcycles Exeter logo.

And yes – he wore it with pride!

It certainly made finding the man responsible for the route a little easier when there were more than 50 bikes around him.

Time for Tea, Coffee... and Cake

No proper day out on the bikes would be complete without a decent café stop.

We had two café stops during the ride, giving everyone a chance to park up, grab a tea or coffee and, naturally, investigate the cake selection.

It was also a chance to catch up with old friends, make some new ones and talk bikes – probably quite a lot of bikes, if we're being truthful!

That was one of the nicest parts of the day. One Ride isn't simply about covering miles. It's about bringing riders together.

Through the Beautiful Devon Countryside

With the weather on our side, the riding conditions were fantastic and Devon was looking particularly good.

From country roads and villages to the open stretches between our stops, it was a great opportunity to simply enjoy being out on the bikes.

We also included fuel stops along the way to keep everyone topped up before continuing with the ride.

More Than 50 Riders – Thank You!

For us, one of the biggest highlights was seeing just how many people turned up.

More than 50 riders joined us on the day, which made for a fantastic sight when everyone was together.

So, a huge thank you to every single person who came along.

Whether you joined us with friends, came along on your own, were a familiar face at CMS or were riding with us for the first time – thank you for being part of it.

Days like this only work because people turn up and get involved, and the atmosphere throughout the day was brilliant.

And Thank You to Everyone Behind the Scenes

There's always more work involved in organising a ride like this than people see on the day, so we'd also like to thank everyone who helped make it happen.

From planning the route and organising the stops to getting everyone together on Sunday morning, it was a real team effort.

Most importantly, everyone made it through, everyone seemed to have a great time, and Dale's stress levels eventually returned to normal!

Royal Enfield One Ride 2026 was a brilliant day all round.
